A fundamental aspect of supervision is communication. This includes communication between the designated broker, affiliated licensees, employees, clients and customers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers – everyone involved in a transaction. Good communication is the path to setting clear expectations which leads to a well-run company and satisfied clients and customers. This course helps you understand the relationship between communication, supervision and training. It also discusses how to develop policies that clearly set expectations for affiliated licensees.

This program has been approved by the Director of the Real Estate Commission for 3 clock hours toward fulfillment of the educational requirements for renewal of a real estate license.
