This course is a required, general module for all non-exempt brokers and salespersons in Minnesota. With a focus on the history of diversity in homeownership, this year's course will explore the history of homeownership in the U.S., how racism impacted it, and what is happening today to support fair housing for all regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, social class, disability, gender, or sexual and gender orientation.
