1) Do
NOT allow your browser to fill in the password since it may have an incorrect password stored. Clear the password box and
manually re-type the correct password.
💡 Note: If it does not accept the new password, try clearing the previously saved password from your browser by going to the browser menu (3 dots in upper right corner), and find your Settings for "Passwords" or "Autofill", then search for "trainingcove" and delete the current password you have saved in the browser for the trainingcove.com website.
2) BEFORE resetting your password, add webmaster@trainingcove.com to your list of allowed senders (whitelist for spam blocking) so you can receive our email with a new password.
3) Do NOT reset your password if you have already emailed us to reset your password for you.
