A Licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri must take continuing education classes every two years to renew their license. Courses must be accredited by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and can be taken in the classroom or online.
Missouri Brokers must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education every two years. Brokers must renew their license by June 30th of even numbered years.
Those holding Salesperson licenses in MO must also complete 12 hours of renewal classes every 2 years. However, Salespeople must renew their licenses by September 30th of even numbered years.
At least three of the twelve hours of instruction shall be taken in a course accredited by the Missouri Real Estate Commission as core credit. All of Training Cove's real estate renewal classes have been accredited by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
