7/1/25-6/30/26 Salesperson and Broker Required Module - Contracts

This course is a required, general module for all non-exempt brokers and salespersons in Minnesota. With a focus on contracts, this year's course, developed from an outline provided by the Department of Commerce, explores topics such as: Elements of a Binding Contract, Agency Relationships, Disclosure Issues, Representation Agreements, Broker-to-Broker Compensation Agreements, As-Is Addendums, and more. Look forward to gaining a clearer understanding of legal requirements in real estate contracts.

(This module also satisfies the 1-hour broker module requirement.)
