Quiz Requirements:

Each section of a course has a 5 question quiz, plus there is a 25 question final exam. You must score at least 80% on each quiz and the final exam in order to proceed. If you score less than 80%, you must keep re-taking the exam until you pass. All courses allow you to re-take the quizzes and exams an unlimited number of times until you pass.

After Completing Courses:

Immediately after finishing a course, you can view or print your Course Completion Certificate directly from the website by clicking on MY CLASSES. In Arizona, you do NOT need to send these to the Dept. of Real Estate...you can just obtain the course numbers from your certificates and submit them to ADRE using their website.

Advisory:

Beginning Feb 2024, the Arizona Department of Real Estate now requires enhanced verification of students. To meet this new requirement, we will be randomly selecting students to take a live selfie during their class to help confirm their identity. Students will be required to complete the verification before proceeding with their course.
